Pre-Registration Information:
Led by cardiology champions along with members of the amyloidosis ecosystem this half day virtual session aims to examine the current patient experience and review diverse health system models of care. Through panel discussions and an interactive platform this event will identify existing gaps and barriers to care, and propose solutions to improve the time to diagnosis and enhanced coordinated care.
